¿Tiene su empresa problemas con el Alcohol?

All companies suffer serious consequences due to their employees' alcohol consumption:
Around 20% of total absenteeism in a company is related to alcohol.
One in three workplace accidents is alcohol-related.
High-risk employees have poor health, which negatively impacts their work performance.
The consequences can be especially serious in positions of responsibility.
These employees have: a greater number of sick leaves (TD), a reduction in their reflexes and intellectual capacity, a greater risk of making wrong decisions, worse relationships with colleagues, superiors and subordinates, less motivation for quality and productivity and a much higher risk of accidents.
The Best Solution: Trust the experience of the Victoria Program
Our program for companies is much more than a simple detoxification therapy . It is mainly aimed at people who are beginning to have problems due to inappropriate alcohol consumption, and is based on the most recent research on brief intervention techniques, through psychological treatment to stop drinking alcohol, or learn to keep it within moderate limits that do not entail a high risk to health. It is also supported by our experience since 1984 in important Spanish companies. The program is carried out in collaboration with the occupational health services of the contracting company and can be carried out entirely online.
Stages of the Program for Companies

Through the results of blood tests carried out in the Company's medical review, or other means of detecting the risk of alcohol and other drug abuse, affected individuals are offered the opportunity to receive personalized and confidential advice.

-
Follow-up
-
Follow-up sessions are held according to the particular characteristics of each subject, in coordination with the company's medical service, to consolidate the changes obtained.
